# How do we apply these concepts in our clinical practice, education and research?
# How do we strengthen our clinical teaching of undergraduates and postgraduates from the perspective of equity and access?
# How do we use these principles to strengthen our clinical care at primary and secondary level?

"Of all the forms of inequality, inequality in healthcare is the most shocking and inhumane." - Martin Luther King Jr

Equity is the absence of unfair, avoidable, and remediable differences among groups of people in society. Health is a human right. Health equity can be achieved when everyone can attain their full potential of health and well-being. Realising the right to health, means identifying and eliminating the disparities and discriminations that cause ill health.
