Guidelines for abstract submission

• You are welcome to submit your research work for presentation in our conference as an e-poster
• Registration to the conference in person is a pre-requisite for submission of abstracts
• Abstracts have a maximum word limit of 400 words
• Original research articles should be under the following headings – Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion
• Case reports and Case series should be under the following headings – Background, Case report / series, Discussion and Conclusion
• The abstracts can be submitted using the link given below
• The selected participants will be informed through email communication. The decision of the adjudicating committee will be final
• The selected participants will be presenting their research work as an e-poster
• The e-poster will be a single powerpoint slide in ppt format without any animations, sounds or voiceovers
• No additional electronic media or props are permitted
• You will be given 3 minutes to present your slide
• The presentation slide should be 10 inches in width and 7.5 inches in height
• You will be questioned for 30 seconds after your presentation
• The presentation will be judged on Comprehension, Engagement and Communication
• The decision of the judges will be final
• Exciting prizes are to be won
