Guidelines for e-poster presentation

• The selected participants have been informed through email communication. The decision of the adjudicating committee is final
• The selected participants will be presenting their research work as an e-poster
• The e-poster will be a single powerpoint slide in ppt format without any animations, sounds or voiceovers
• No additional electronic media or props are permitted
• You will be given 3 minutes to present your slide
• The presentation slide should be 10 inches in width and 7.5 inches in height
• You will be questioned for 30 seconds after your presentation
• The presentation will be judged on Comprehension, Engagement and Communication
• The decision of the judges will be final
• Exciting prizes are to be won
